John and Tara—I just wanted to complement both of you for the very professional way in which you run your business.  I’ve participated in many raft, canoe, kayak, jet ski, and other similar guided activities over the years and this was by far the best in terms of clear instructions, kind and polite treatment of customers, efficient billing, and follow-up.  My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our marsh trip last week, and thanks for the pictures as well.
